We are looking for both a _part-time_, and _full-time_ driver for our 2024 summer raft season, who are excited to be a part of a larger raft team.

**RESPONSIBILITIES** will include:

- meeting and checking guests in at the river.
- making sure all waivers are completed.
- that all guests have been given the appropriate equipment for their tour
- manage lifejackets, and help guides with loading and unloading of equipment
- meet guests at the end of the tour and help the guides to unload guests from boats, pack up all equipment, load rafts, and safely return guests to our starting location
- between tours, drivers will be responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of their vehicle, including washing, detailing, and fueling

We will also need drivers who would like to step into the Guide role occasionally and run an afternoon shuttle of the Bow Valley Beer Shuttle or Raft & Crafts for our sister company Canmore Brewery & Distillery Tours. This will require dropping off and picking up guests at timed locations throughout Canmore. Basic knowledge of the Canmore area and Craft Brewing industry is an asset, but further training will be given for these Tours. Enthusiasm to learn is all we are looking for

**REQUIRED SKILLS**
- class 4 License with clean driving record (abstract required)
- excellent driving skills and habits
- experience driving 15-pax vans
- able to load equipment (50lbs)
- organized and punctual
- working with people in a fun and fast paced environment

**ADDITIONAL ASSETS**
- experience driving with trailers
- driving experience with 24-pax bus
- have a good understanding of how vehicles operate, how to do a basic driver’s check and small vehicle maintenance

**WAGE**
- Starting at $23/hr (gratuities common on Brewery Tours)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 44 per week

- French not required

- 8 hour shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
