Department Overview Motorola Solutions Video Security & Access Control Division is defining the future of the security industry through innovative endtoendsolutions. Were changing the landscape of the surveillance industry through advanced awardwinning AI based surveillance systems. Artificial Intelligence is transforming the world and our team is advancing the field as it applies to the surveillance industry. **Job Description**:
We are working hard to become a truly Agile organization. You will work within two talented scrum teams to solve real world problems and with an agile coach to build agility within our organization.

Teach others the agile manifesto and principles and the Scrum framework in detail

Teach others the theory behind agile methodologies, engineering practices and scaling frameworks

Keep fresh with the latest agile thought leadership and bring it back to the business

Mentor

Mentor teams who are new to agile and scrum

Mentor and be mentored by other Scrum Masters

Coach

Be a mirror to the team observe what39;s going on in the team and provide honest, constructive feedback to them

Coach the development team and the product owner in their roles

Facilitator

Facilitate scrum ceremonies and other meetings within your teams

Use facilitation and collaboration techniques and approaches to achieve effective outcomes

Protector

Be aware of common agile antipatterns and work with the team to address them

Maintain metrics that can help teams continuously improve and get teams to own and use those metrics themselves

Impediment Remover

Remove impediments to your scrum teams and facilitate the team to remove impediments themselves

Be proactive in exposing hidden or unspoken impediments

Change Agent

Have a systemsthinking mindset to drive effective change across the organization

Promote continuous improvement and learning within yourself, individuals, teams and across the business

Foster an experimentation culture

What skills will you need

Strong communication, collaboration and facilitation skills

Demonstrated ability to coach team to adopt the agile mindset
