**Technical Staff Coach**

**Reports To**: Director of Soccer
**Remuneration**: Part-time Hourly / Contract

The **Technical Staff Coach **will support the Club’s Director of Soccer by assisting to coordinate and deliver technical
Club’s Director of Soccer; they will deliver on the directives of the technical program; this individual will be a first
point of contact for on-field day-to-day including but not limited to the equipment set up and take down, problem
- solving and questions. This position takes place on evenings and weekends.

**RESPONSIBILITY & REQUIREMENTS**
- Follow the direction and guidance provided by the Club’s Director of Soccer
- Adhere to Club policies, procedures, and standards (Canada Soccer, Ontario Soccer and Brams United)
- Have a can-do attitude with an approachable personality; be welcoming, inclusive, and willing to create and

support a safe environment for all.
- Set up and tear down of equipment for each session; ensure all equipment is accounted for, in good and safe
- condition.- Design and deliver sessions with support of the Director of Soccer
- Constantly review, observe, and reflect on areas of improvement and summarize thoughts in notes to share

with the DOS as areas to advance and improve the Club and its programming.- Be ready to provide a summary of feedback to the Club's DOS when required.
- Provide basic reports to the DOS to contribute to coach education, evaluation, and development for short and

long-term goals.- Assisting in the identification and selection of players
- Must have valid driver’s license, be able to work in Canada, and have a valid Vulnerable Sector Check
