Specific responsibilities for this position include:

- Call both French Canadian and English speaking customers daily to obtain payments and resolve Order to Cash issues.
- Working with French Canadian and English sales teams and understanding our customers are repeat customers and must be treated with respect so as not to damage relationships.
- Responsible for the daily follow up and collection activity for customer accounts: Mainly Maintenance and Open Order lines of business
- Prepare customer concessions and Legal/Collection packages and follow-up that documents are processed.
- Customer Account reconciliations - both internal and external customers
- Document all collection activities within JDE Account Activity Log (notes).
- Hold collection meetings with appropriate field reps monthly to resolve past due AR
- Problem solve to identify the best method to collect outstanding balances from the correct point of contact
- Follow all company policy and procedures.

**Education / Certifications**:
High school diploma/certificate required. AA/AS degree preferred, or Technical/Business School Certificate or Diploma, Skilled Trades Apprenticeship, or other post high school training (two years duration)

**Experience/Qualifications**:

- Bi-Lingual and proficient in both French (Canada) and English
- Must have excellent communication style in both written and verbal
- Experience collecting for high volume B2B AR portfolios (over 2,000 invoices on the monthly Trial Balance)
- Driven to perform well in fast-paced environment

Responsabilités
- Appeler quotidiennement des clients francophones et anglophones pour obtenir des paiements et résoudre les problèmes liés à l'encaissement.
- Travailler avec des équipes de vente francophones et anglophones et comprendre que nos clients sont des clients réguliers et qu'ils doivent être traités avec respect afin de ne pas nuire aux relations.
- Assurer le suivi quotidien des activités de recouvrement des comptes clients, principalement pour les divisions Entretien et Contrats de réparation.
- Préparer les concessions des clients et les dossiers juridiques/de recouvrement et assurer le suivi du traitement des documents.
- Effectuer les rapprochements de comptes clients (clients internes et externes).
- Maintenir à jour dans nos systèmes les coordonnées des clients.
- Consigner toutes les activités de recouvrement dans le système JDE.
- Organiser chaque mois des réunions de recouvrement avec les représentants commerciaux concernés afin de résoudre les problèmes liés aux comptes débiteurs en souffrance.
- Appliquer le processus de résolution de problèmes afin d'identifier la meilleure méthode pour recouvrer les soldes impayés auprès du point de contact approprié.
- Respecter les politiques et les procédures de l’entreprise.

La culture d'entreprise est professionnelle. Les comptes du portefeuille d'Otis sont des clients de classe A, de haut niveau, composés de propriétaires d'immeubles/de groupes de propriétaires, de grandes sociétés de gestion immobilière, de grands entrepreneurs généraux et de promoteurs. Les personnes retenues doivent avoir une expérience de travail avec des portefeuilles similaires.

Études

Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires. Un diplôme d’études collégiales serait un atout.

Expérience/compétences
- Maîtriser parfaitement le français et l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
- Avoir de l'expérience en matière de recouvrement pour des portefeuilles de créances B2B à fort volume (plus de 2 000 factures sur la balance de vérification mensuelle).
- Être très efficace dans un environnement en constante évolution.
- Être axé.e sur les processus.
- Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour l’organisation et avoir le souci du détail.
