**Job Title: Credit Coordinator**

**Job Summary**

**Main Responsibilities**

**Credit Verifications**:

- Analyze potential risk involved
- Co-ordinate certificate of insurance
- Review contracts

**Data Entry**:

- Invoicing in SAP
- Payment deposits
- Validate invoicing plan
- Record invoices on server

**Customer Communication/Relationships**:

- Act as a liaison between insurance companies
- Verify discrepancies to resolve customer issues

**Collaboration**:

- Provide support as a back up to AR coordinator
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on credit policies and customer account management

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team
- Proficient with ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience with SAP Business One software is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Perfectly bilingual both oral and written (French and English)

**Education and Experience Requirements**
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- DEC preferred
- CCP certificate (Certified Credit Professional is an asset)

**Résumé du poste**

Le coordinateur de crédit est chargé d'appliquer nos procédures de crédit et de garantir l'efficacité de l'évaluation et de l'approbation des demandes de crédit. Ce rôle est essentiel pour maintenir les relations avec les clients tout en sauvegardant les intérêts financiers de l'entreprise.

**Principales responsabilités**

**Vérifications de crédit**:

- Analyser le risque potentiel encouru
- Coordonner le certificat d'assurance
- Examiner les contrats

**Saisie des données**:

- Facturation dans SAP
- Dépôts de paiement
- Validation du plan de facturation
- Enregistrement des factures sur le serveur

**Communication et relations avec les clients**:

- Assurer la liaison entre les compagnies d'assurance
- Vérifier les divergences pour résoudre les problèmes des clients

**Collaboration**:

- Assurer le soutien du coordinateur des comptes clients.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d'autres services afin de garantir l'alignement des politiques de crédit et de la gestion des comptes clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellentes compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et de communication.
- Capacité à travailler en équipe
- Maîtrise des systèmes ERP et compétences avancées en MS Excel.
- Une expérience avec le logiciel SAP Business One est un plus.
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de résolution de problèmes et de réflexion critique.
- Capacité à travailler dans un secteur en évolution rapide.
- Souci du détail et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante, à hiérarchiser les tâches et à respecter des délais serrés.
