**Position Overview**

You live and breathe social media marketing
- TikTok, reels, conversion optimization, Facebook Ads and Canva
- all talk to you and make you smile.

This position’s primary focus is to ensure the **creation, execution and optimization of social media strategies** for our clients are implemented smoothly every month. We need a **creative social media manage**r who can juggle many moving pieces, and understands the world of social media marketing inside out. You’re able to adapt current social media trends to our industry: _**dentistry.**_

This role is full-time and a mix of work-from-home as well as in-person collaboration. You’ll report directly to our Digital Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager and will work closely with other key team members and contractors.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content creation & copywriting**: A part of your job will be to ensure that there’s content being created and published on a monthly and weekly basis for all our clients
- this includes the creation of stories and reels. Further, you will be the person ensuring all marketing assets are aligned and consistent with our brand standards — _you understand that what sets us apart isn’t just our marketing strategy but the quality of our copy, and design, and understanding to the tee each client’s brand voice_
- **Project Management**: A larger part of this role involves project management, taking charge and organizing all assets (video, photography and graphics) for clients and internally for NP Marketing. You will be working with collaborators such as designers and copywriters ensuring that they have all that is needed to create content on a monthly basis (inspiration, guidance and client-specific information). You will work closely with other key team members, particularly our Founder, to execute the big picture vision for all tactics. You will also act as the central person that is checking that both creative content and copy content is errorless.
- **Community management and online monitoring**: You will be monitoring social channels for comments, questions and complaints or negative feedback, as well as initiating discussion. This task requires you to be highly responsive and be ready to answer questions and reviews
- **Reporting**: Oversee the creation of quarterly reports using our social media software
- **Keeping up-to-date**: Last but not least is researching the latest trends out there We want you to become the best digital marketing strategist and share with the team on any strategies or tactics that can add value to our clients.

**Core Competencies**
- Bilingual
- Creativity and an eye for design
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Solid writing skills are an absolute must
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Knowledge of major social media platforms is required (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok)...We'll teach you everything else you need to know on social media marketing
- Mature, coachable, and happy doing high-level projects as well as mundane design tasks (there will be a mix of both)
- The ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously — you get things done, meet deadlines and keep promises
- Insane attention to detail and high standards when it comes to quality
- **You don't settle for mediocre work**:

- Last but not least: you are a kind, friendly and great attitude kind of person

Bonus Points for Applicants With
- 2-4 years of marketing or agency experience
- Experience in _**photography**_ and_ **video editing**_
- Digital marketing analytics experience (including, but not limited to, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook ads)
- Social Media Management and Facebook Ad Account Management experience
- Working Knowledge of WordPress, Asana, Canva and G Suite,
