As a team leader, your role is to support the manager of the Sales Support department by taking charge of the professionals on the marketing, communications, and events team. You coordinate the implementation of planned activities, action plans, or projects related to your team. You provide coaching and guidance to this team, which is mainly composed of experienced professional employees, assign them tasks and activities to be carried out, and ensure regular follow-up on the progress of work and projects. You promote talent development and foster engagement by creating a positive and motivating work environment through the recognition of the participation and contribution of each team member in achieving the organization's objectives. The nature of the files requires extensive and in-depth expertise in your field. You assume functional authority over the work team and manage the individual performance of resources. You make recommendations related to the development and implementation of tasks or projects with very high operational and conceptual complexity. These require a comprehensive and in-depth analysis and understanding of the business domain and the organization. The alignments are numerous. You are called upon to interact with a very large number of stakeholders working in various fields of expertise. You develop business positioning and assume a leadership and influence role with senior management and authorities. More specifically, you will be required to:
- Target, develop and recommend strategic orientations and business positioning to promote investment solutions to financial advisors in intermediary and Desjardins networks at the pan-Canadian level- Participate in defining the B2B service offering of your unit and ensure the implementation and realization of activities and projects under your responsibility- Ensure the achievement of the objectives set within the allotted time with the allocated resources, manage the results, performance, quality and satisfaction of the dedicated clientele and partners- Develop strategies and action plans related to the training and upgrading of the skills of the team's resources- Participate in the resolution of complaints and dissatisfaction that are forwarded to you in compliance with company practicesWhat we offer*- Competitive salary and annual bonus- 4 weeks of flexible vacation starting in the first year- Defined benefit pension plan that provides predictable, stable income throughout retirement- Group insurance including telemedicine- Reimbursement of health and wellness expenses and telework equipment

What you bring to the table- Bachelor's degree in a related field- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience- Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered- Knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec- Advanced proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
