## Job Summary
**Responsibilities**
1. Coordinate the flow of sales and marketing information internally and with other organizations
2. Prepare, edit and proofread correspondence, invoices, sales orders, presentations, brochures, publications, reports and related sales and marketing material as directed
3. Schedule and confirm sales and marketing appointments and meetings
4. Answer telephone, greet customers at the door and respond inbound digital sales enquiries
5. Prepare quotes, RMAs and sales orders under the supervision and guidance of the Technical Sales Manager.
6. Update quotes and sales orders as required.
7. Maintain and improve the computerized sales tracking system in Constant Contact CRM
8. Record and update new sales opportunities and sales contacts in Constant Contact CRM
9. Compile data, statistics and other information to support weekly reports and weekly sales meetings along with potential sales and marketing research activities
10. Record and prepare minutes of meetings
11. Contribute in sales and marketing meetings, providing suggestions on Massloads products and services to be promoted, including sales offers and promotions
12. Implement sales and marketing decisions into concrete strategies and content for advertising and promotion
