**Your Role as a Health Care Assistant** In this role, you'll work closely with our care team, providing essential care and support to our residents. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with personal care tasks like bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Making beds, cleaning rooms, and ensuring residents' living spaces are tidy.
- Performing laundry duties.
- Helping with meal preparation and serving, keeping residents' individual dietary needs in mind.
- Providing companionship and engaging in activities to promote socialization and mental well-being.
- Supporting rehabilitation programs and collaborating with other team members to ensure the well-being and safety of our residents.

At Evergreen, we are flexible with scheduling—whether you prefer rotating shifts, set days, or 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts, we work to accommodate your needs while ensuring fairness for everyone.
**Compensation and Benefits**
- Starting wage of **$29.83** per hour. Full time and Part time available.
- Minimal overtime availability as we prioritize a balanced staffing model.

**Qualifications**:
- A compassionate and caring nature with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Physical ability to assist residents and perform job-related tasks.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Willingness to undergo on-the-job training.
