**The Opportunity**

The City of St. Albert is recruiting an individuals to join our Recreation and Parks department as a Recreation Leader to facilitate Bouncin’ Birthday Parties and supervise drop-in inflatable time starting in April 2024.

Are you upbeat, reliable, approachable, customer-focused, and love fun? Here's an exciting chance to blend your experience and passion for children’s programs with your leadership skills to create exceptional birthday parties and drop-in play experiences at Servus Place.

As a Recreation Leader you will be involved in the set-up and take-down of inflatables, party and drop-in supervision ensuring the safety of participants, initiating games, light cleaning duties, providing exceptional customer service to patrons and participants.

**Qualifications**
- Current Standard First Aid and CPR C certification is required prior to starting.
- Applicants must possess strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills are necessary to address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
- A passion for creating a fun environment and delivering excellent service is essential.

**Hours of Work**

The scheduling for these positions primarily occurs on
weekend afternoons and weekday evenings, with the
possibility of additional times based on demand and
availability

**Compensation**

$16.63 - $20.12 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
