**Aperçu du rôle**

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Gérant(e) dévoué(e) qui sera responsable de la supervision des opérations quotidiennes, du service à la clientèle exceptionnel et de la maximisation de la rentabilité. Ce rôle nécessite un gestionnaire dynamique capable de favoriser le travail d'équipe, de gérer efficacement le personnel et de mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques opérationnelles.

**Responsabilités**
- Promouvoir le travail d'équipe et maintenir une communication positive et professionnelle pour s'assurer que les besoins des clients sont toujours satisfaits.
- Superviser la gestion des stocks et passer des commandes auprès des fournisseurs selon les besoins.
- Gérer et organiser les opérations quotidiennes du café tout en contrôlant les coûts.
- Gérer efficacement les plaintes et les retours des clients.
- Créer et gérer les horaires du personnel.
- Assurer le respect de toutes les réglementations en matière de santé et de sécurité à tout moment.
- Surveiller les performances des ventes et les indicateurs du café.
- Développer et respecter un budget pour maximiser les bénéfices du café.
- Former les membres de l'équipe pour garantir un service exceptionnel et constant.

**Role Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Promote teamwork and maintain a positive and professional communication to ensure that guest needs are consistently met.
- Oversee inventory management and place orders with suppliers as necessary.
- Manage and organize daily café operations while controlling costs.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Create and manage staff schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times.
- Monitor sales performance and restaurant metrics.
- Develop and adhere to a budget to maximize café profits.
- Coach team members to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service.
