**Position Summary**:
The Member Services Desk Representative must project attention-to-detail and a polished and professional image. They must be extremely familiar with all club activities, events, rules, etc., and must participate, to a high degree, in the promotion and monitoring of member service standards, with a keen eye to attention-to-detail and follow through on standards, in everything task performed.

When providing support to the Pro Shop, the incumbent will be responsible for ensuring that the services of the Pro Shop are operating to the highest satisfaction of members and in the best interests of the Club. This includes accurate communication in booking courts, receiving messages, program registration, and efficient administration. The incumbent will assist with the operations of the facilities and must have or become knowledgeable of emergency procedures, basic bubble and light functions, awareness of safety and security, inventory, purchasing, sales, cleanliness, booking courts, event and activity reservations, and court conditions. The incumbent participates, to a high degree, in the retail aspect of the Pro Shop, particularly sales and promotions.

**Hours**:PrimarilySaturday Evenings (3-11 pm)

**Status**: Part-time

**Requirements**:

- **Background check required.**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Excellent and proficient computer skills in Microsoft software (Word and Excel). Northstar and POS experience an asset.
- Data management.
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Ability to respond quickly and appropriately in all situations and work under pressure.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a receptionist.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail and sales promotions an asset.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- C.P.R. and first-aid training an asset.

**Salary**: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
