JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Smart Choices Responsible Service Certification
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- High attention to detail
- Friendly personality and customer service driven
- Ability to create a positive Member experience through interaction and adherence to steps of service
- Ensure accuracy when entering information into the POS system
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests or concerns
- Able to successfully solve problems through good decision making
- Monitor cleanliness before, during and after service
- Actively demonstrate teamwork, sincerity, helpfulness and courtesy
- Open Availability, weekends and holidays and reliable transportation required

Clubhouse Serving Staff:

- Provide table service in our dining rooms or during a banquet.
- Monitor food quality and presentation standards.
- Set up dining areas for various functions and special events.

On Course Staff:

- Drive on course beverage carts safely and courteously.
- Provide beverage and snack sales for golfers and their guests.
- Record member charges accurately.
