**Your Experience and Education**:
- **Bachelor's degree **in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Knowledge Management & Information Management, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of professional experience **(or an equivalent combination of education and experience) in business analysis, project coordination, or a related role.
- **Familiarity with Microsoft 365 **tools and services, particularly pertaining to Modern Work. Previous exposure to Microsoft Viva, intranet design, and document management systems will be a plus.
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **, with the ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills **, both written and verbal, with a flair for collaborating in a team-based environment.
- **A self-starter attitude with a hunger for learning **and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and technologies.
