Sims Advertising is a full-service creative marketing and advertising agency, established in 1991. We have executed a variety of digital and traditional projects for a wide range of national and local clients, primarily in the home improvement industries. We pride ourselves in customer care and exceptional execution of marketing and advertising projects. Many of our clients have worked with us for more than a decade, and some for nearly as long as our doors have been open.

About the Role

Working alongside a team of 26 creative marketing professionals, project coordinators, and designers, you will be the linchpin in ensuring that our clients’ projects are executed on time, with a high-quality standard and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Digital Ads:

- Create Google and Social Ad creative briefs for internal and external review, feedback and approval.
- Launch Google and Social Ads, paying careful attention to the optimal setup of the targeting and budget requirements.
- Monitor ads regularly, making note of recommendations for optimization of the ads.
- Create and provide reports on the ad performance periodically and at the end of each campaign.

Websites / Digital Department:

- Support website / digital department with coordinating client changes, troubleshooting issues and ensuring the project maintains time line.
- Search for appropriate images and required website assets in database, and provide small copy recommendations, as needed.
- Create and provide reports for website campaign results.

Communication:

- Communicate with internal and external stakeholders effectively and with professionalism.
- Work directly with a team of designers to ensure projects are getting done on-time and on-budget.
- Problem-solve issues independently and reach out to external and internal resources when needed for support.
- Thoroughly proof assets and documents before providing them to internal and external stakeholders.
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Required Skills**:

- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Reporting experience: Google Studio / Looker Studio is considered an asset
- Working knowledge of WordPress with experience / interest in supporting troubleshooting with developers
- Experience building and launching Google Ad experience, Digital Ads, Facebook Ads
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing timelines.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
- Ability to problem-solve and confident to try solutions with adequate precaution.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Confidence in speaking with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, such as Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator After Effects and Premiere Pro an asset.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
