Maintenance Supervisor

**JOB** SUMMARY**: The **Maintenance Supervisor** reports to and works under the direction and supervision of the Property Manager.

To assist the Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council and the Senior Manager of Housing in the coordination and supervision of ground and building maintenance for the Housing office, White Pines Wellness Centre, Iroquois Village Centre, Ontario Works, Eagle’s Nest and Housing residential rental units within the policies and procedures established by the Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council for the Housing Department.

**Wage**

$57,200 per annum

**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Diploma in Business or Office Administration, or equivalent, with 1 year related work experience, or Ontario Secondary School Diploma, or equivalent, with 3 years related work experience.
- Experience coordinating or dispatching personnel
- Excellent working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office suite
- Valid ‘G’ Class Drivers License and a reliable vehicle
