Join our dynamic Finning Aftermarket team as an Aftermarket Support Specialist, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving market share growth for Caterpillar products. In this role you’ll blend customer communication, sales, and business development skills to lead by influence and ensure the commercial success of Caterpillar Wear parts.
As an Aftermarket Support Specialist, you’ll introduce and sell new specialized services and Wear parts to existing accounts, with a primary focus on growing undercarriage and ground-engaging tool (GET) sales within your territory.

For this position, the expected salary range is between $90,000 - $100,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.
Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Drive sales of Undercarriage and GET products to all customers in the region.
- Act as a liaison between customers, account teams, and Finning Product Managers.
- Offer technical commodity support to help sales teams and customers understand the value of our products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent is an asset.
- Technical and/or parts experience is an asset.
- 2+ years of related technical sales experience.
- Proven results in marketing or sales operations, with the ability to capture the attention of internal sales teams, external channel partners, and customers.
- Exceptional persuasion skills and the ability to captivate audiences during presentations and product demonstrations.
- Self-driven, tenacious, and optimistic, bringing energy, passion, and positivity to the team.
