Proshop Attendant

**Classification**: Part time seasonal positions (must be available to work evenings and
weekends)

**Summary**:
Proshop Attendant will provide our customers with a high level of customer service and
will be responsible for processing credit, debit and cash transactions using a custom
Point of Sale system. Other responsibilities will include cleaning and restocking the pro
shop area, moving and cleaning golf carts, and operating the snack bar.

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve customers in a respectful and courteous manner
- Handle credit, debit, and cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and orderly golf shop area both inside and outside
- Stock shelves and organize items
- Willing to work at Maple Ridge as well if needed

**Qualifications**:

- Golf course proshop experience not necessary but an asset
- SmartServe certification required
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent time management skills and work ethic
- Ability to problem solve and make decisions
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment with mínimal supervision
