Proshop Attendant

**Classification**:Full Time Seasonal (must be available to work any shift including early
mornings, days, evenings, late nights, weekends & holidays)

**Summary**:Proshop Attendant will provide our golfers with a high level of customer
service, and will be responsible for processing credit cards, debit cards, and cash
transactions using a custom Point of Sale system. Other responsibilities will include
cleaning and stocking the proshop area, serving customers food and beverage at the
snack bar, operating the beverage cart, moving and cleaning golf carts.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers entering the establishment.
- Answer customers’ questions and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain a clean and orderly golf shop area inside and outside.
- Receive payment by cash, credit cards, automatic debits, or vouchers.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers.
- Stock shelves in the proshop and the snackbar areas
- Prepare and serve basic snackbar food (Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, etc.)

**Qualifications**:

- SmartServe certificate is a MANDATORY requirement***
- Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills****:

- Able to work well under pressure individually or with others****:

- Effective work habits, excellent organizational skills, and strong attention to
detail****:

- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude****:

- Professional appearance and personable when dealing with customers****:

- A basic knowledge of the game of golf.***
