Royal LePage Atlantic, Atlantic Canada’s largest real estate brokerage, is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated administrative professional to join their team in Dartmouth. This role is responsible for creating and maintaining listings files with an additional focus on supporting the office as a Customer Service Representative.

At RLPA, we take pride in working as a team and strive to ensure that everyone who works out of our offices feels connected to the team and their work daily. We work diligently to foster working relationships and camaraderie within the organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Data entry for real estate listings
- Organizing/maintaining corrections for electronic real estate transaction files
- Communication with real estate agent
- Create reports
- Communicating with vendors

Education/ Experience
- High School Diploma required
- Previous office experience considered an asset
- Previous experience in a real estate environment not required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $34,000.00-$38,000.00 per year
