**The Team**:
Our Mortgages team is a group of high performers working hard to create and deliver exceptional mortgage experiences to all Canadians. As part of our growing team, you’ll work closely with our mortgage coordinators, specialists, and lenders to ensure that we find the most effective solutions for our clients. **The Role**:
**What you'll be doing**:
As an ambassador of Neo, execute consistent brand messages through repeatable and measurable process touches that will continually engage, promote, service, and solicit new business leads and cross-sell opportunities
Handle multiple leads simultaneously while creating and maintaining relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their mortgage needs
Act as the first point of contact for all potential new clients; walking them through the Neo mortgage process and supporting general mortgage inquiries
Escalate clients to a Mortgage Associate for recommendations based on their unique situations
Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their mortgage needs
Remain current on the latest industry trends to secure a competitive advantage

**Who we're looking for**:
One or more years of previous banking or brokerage experience is considered an asset
You bring experience in a sales-drive environment with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly
You bring empathy and a client-focused mindset to support customers through the mortgage process
You have a passion for growth and excellence, strive to deliver the highest quality results
You’re a high-achiever with a desire to drive results in a startup environment
You bring resiliency & energy with strong dedication to client service
