**Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking seasonal production laborers to join our dynamic team as freelancers from November 2024 to January 2025. In this role, you will assist with event installations, working with a variety of exciting products such as synthetic rinks, glow swings, and event furniture. You may also help in our warehouse with equipment preparation and dismantling for various events.

**Duties**:

- Travel throughout Ontario and into the United States as needed.
- Lift heavy objects and engage in physical labor for extended periods, adapting to various weather conditions.
- Leverage your creativity to design and execute engaging setups.
- Follow instructions accurately and maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of work.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic, showing initiative and a willingness to learn new skills as required.

**Requirements**:

- **Travel Availability**: Prevail Activations is based in London, ON, but we operate throughout Ontario and into the United States. Applicants must be willing to travel.
- **Driver’s License**: While not mandatory, having a driver’s license is preferred.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in the events industry, as a labourer, or in a related field is essential.
- **Tool Proficiency**:Must be skilled in using hand and power tools, with a solid understanding of mechanical concepts.
- **Physical Capability**: Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labour for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
- **Attention to Detail**:Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- **Work Ethic**:A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills are essential.

**Special Notes**:

- This is a freelance position which means you will be working independently rather than as an employee.
