Restaurant Catering Sales and Digital Marketing

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Catering Sales**:
Develop and execute catering sales strategies to drive revenue and expand the restaurant's catering clientele.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and individuals seeking catering services for various events and occasions.
Ensure seamless communication between the restaurant and those clients, addressing inquiries and customizing offerings to meet specific needs of those clients.
**2. Promotions and Events**:
Coordinate and promote restaurant events, special promotions, and catering showcases both online and offline.
Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for unique promotions and partnerships.
**3. Analytics and Reporting**:
Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of catering sales efforts.
Provide regular reports to management, offering insights into customer behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in catering sales.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and customer preferences/service.
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
