Secure-Rite is seeking a General Manager who embodies Community, Excellence, Agility, and Cowboy Grit in everything they do. As a General Manager, you maintain an exceptional balance between emotional intelligence and managing accountabilities. You play a fundamental role in Secure-Rite’s tight-knit and supportive culture as a team builder and cheerleader, leading with a humble spirit and confident ability, as well as being highly experienced in human resources. Possessing an MBA is preferred and related experience is a must.
You work in tandem with the President as an effective implementor of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) from “Traction”, a book written by Gino Wickman. As a leader, you naturally push past the status quo towards growth and continuous improvement. As a leader of the Secure-Rite team, your focus is serving others, getting to “YES” with our clients, and providing options every day, and ultimately empowering each corner of the business with the tools and guidance to succeed in these ways.
**JOB DESCRIPTION - GENERAL MANAGER**
**Summary**
In this position, the General Manager will be responsible for the performance of Secure-Rite Mobile Storage Inc. and all of its employees. This will include overseeing all Branch Managers and Division Managers, managing staff, financial reporting, marketing efforts, sales initiatives, and all aspects of the company.

- Oversees seven employees directly including Branch Managers, Operations Manager, Structures Manager, Financial Controller, and Marketing & Communications Manager
**Responsibilities and Duties**
**_
Strategy & Leadership_**
- Work with President to plan direction for company annually and quarterly
- Responsible for drafting and managing policies, procedures, KPIs
- Design and maintain monthly meeting with Branch Managers
- Prepare annual budget and revenue projections for company
**_ Human Resources Management_**
- Oversee all aspects of HR including hiring, firing, vacation planning, sick days, etc.
- Update and manage all HR policies and procedures, including pay-scale and benefits
- Responsible for all Managers’ annual performance reviews
- Train new employees in branch, where applicable
**_ Finance_**
- Oversee day to day accounting tasks, including A/R and A/P
- Coordinate with President re any strategic financing or accounting requirements
**_ Marketing & Communications_**
- Work with Marketing & Communications Manager to present annual budget and strategy to President
- Provide feedback and approve marketing designs and initiatives
**_ Sales_**
- Work with President to plan direction and focus for sales strategy
- Oversee any sales managers or sales personnel
**_ Information Tracking & Reporting_**
- Must learn and become proficient in Total Recall Software
- Collect weekly, monthly, and annual Key Performance Indicators from Managers
- Submit weekly, monthly, and annual Key Performance Indicators to President
**_ Business Growth & Development_**
- Explore new Secure-Rite branch locations in conjunction with President
- Work with President and Operations Manager to launch new locations
**_ Safety_**
- Oversee the Secure-Rite Health & Safety program and management
- Be an active member of the Joint Occupational Health & Safety Team representing management

The General Manager may be required to perform a number of additional duties at the request of Secure-Rite, which contribute to the overall goals of Secure-Rite. Training and support will be provided to the General Manager, as necessary.
**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
