**Description du poste**:
La responsabilité première de l'artiste est de fournir des services de maquillage artistique de la plus haute qualité pour atteindre tous les objectifs de vente et de service à la clientèle. Le rôle est responsable de l'utilisation de l'expérience MAC pour attirer et fidéliser les clients, en veillant à l’excellente gestion de la relation client. Le responsable des clés a aussi des responsabilités administratives, opérationnelles et de surveillance supplémentaires, comme il soutient le directeur de magasin et le directeur adjoint dans la réalisation de la totalité des objectifs de ventes et de service à la clientèle.

**Service à la clientèle (développer des relations de collaboration)**
- Éduquer le client en lui apprenant comment exécuter le look désiré
- Améliorer l'expérience du client en fournissant des informations sur les dernières nouveautés et tendances beauté
- Fournir un service après-vente personnalisé au client avec des recommandations/des invitations à des événements qui correspondent à ses intérêts, afin d’augmenter la fidélité des clients
- Développer et entretenir d'excellentes relations de travail avec les collègues, les pairs, les directeurs, les gestionnaires de centre commercial ou détaillant hôte et toutes les parties prenantes internes et externes
- Traiter les autres avec dignité et respect

**Démontrer une facilité d’apprentissage**
- Adopter et utiliser toutes les initiatives d’affaires, la formation, les programmes et les outils pour personnaliser le service et ainsi attirer et fidéliser les clients et soutenir le directeur et le directeur adjoint, selon les directives, pour former et encourager l’équipe à les utiliser
- Se tenir au courant des nouveautés et tendances beauté et mode, des endossements de produits/marques par des célébrités (blogueurs et vlogeurs beauté, sites de commerce en ligne des marques) pour créer un parcours de consommation homogène à travers tous les canaux et partager ces idées avec l'équipe

**Viser l'excellence dans l'exécution**
- Mettre en œuvre toutes les directives relativement aux ventes, à l'art et la formation, au marketing, au marchandisage et au maquillage pour réaliser toutes les attentes de service à la clientèle et de ventes et soutenir le directeur de magasin/comptoir/directeur adjoint afin d’enseigner à l’équipe comment implémenter celles-ci, lorsque requis
- Respecter toutes les politiques et procédures opérationnelles de la Société pour veiller à ce que le magasin/comptoir atteigne l'excellence organisationnelle et administrative en tout temps et soutenir le directeur de magasin/comptoir/directeur adjoint afin de former et d’encourager l’équipe à suivre celles-ci en tout temps
- Aider le directeur et directeur adjoint de magasin en effectuant des tâches administratives, selon les besoins, et fournir orientation et rétroaction au personnel afin de veiller à ce que toutes les politiques et procédures opérationnelles de la Société soient mises en œuvre en temps opportun et selon une norme élevée
- Agir en tant que responsable des clés, en charge de l'ouverture et de la fermeture du magasin conformément aux directives et procédures de sécurité et d'exploitation de la vente au détail (emplacements FSS)
- Répondre positivement à la rétroaction
- Respecter la politique de gestion de temps et d’assiduité de la Société

**Qualifications** Qualifications**:

- École secondaire complété
- Diplôme d’études collégial un atout
- Expérience cosmétique un atout
- Capable de travailler dans un environnement au rythme très soutenu y compris les fins de semaines et soirs
- Comportement professionnel et capacité à être flexible et gérer le changement d'une manière positive
