Position Summary:
**Equipment & Compliance Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating equipment maintenance and compliance documents.**

Key Responsibilities:
Equipment
- Schedule and manage equipment repair for Chassis/Trailers and Company Units
- Warranty tracking and processing, claim for warranty on applicable repairs
- Coordinating with Yard team and shunter on moving equipment
- Handle roadside and after hour calls on moving equipment
- Communicate on all policies related to company assets
- Maintain a PO log for all 3rd party vendors
- Analyze all repairs and expenditures related to chassis, trucks and cranesProvide data on QI’s/RR’s and safety costs

Compliance
- Collaborate with safety compliance coordinator with regard to driver compliance with pre/post trip inspection, CVOR violations related to equipment as well as ensuring driver truck manuals have up to date permits, licensing and insurance documents
- Measure companies CVOR and FMCSA SAFER scores monthly
- Update the data related to equipment/driver compliance to Tenthstreet
- Maintain driver files and perform audits
- Update all UIIA and Port RFID tags
- Coordinating and completing Driver random DOT drug test
- Schedule and conduct orientation sessions to familiarize drivers with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Report all DOT, CVOR and PEVL Inspections to the safety Team

Pulling driver abstracts quarterly

Onboarding
- Facilitate the onboarding process for newly hired drivers, ensuring all necessary paperwork, training and orientation activities are completed. This includes, but is not limited to Carrier’s Edge Training, Plating Process (Owner Operators), ELD Install & Samara, Creation of TenStreet Profile & Registration at terminals and ports).

Collaborate with various departments to facilitate a smooth integration of new drivers in the organization.
