**Assistant Manager of Facilities**:
**_Permanent Full-Time_**

- **A dedicated** and motivated leader** who is passionate about assisting in leading, directing, motivating and evaluating Facilities staff, to create a high performing team to meet organizational objectives and work within the organization’s core values.
- **A safety champion **who prioritizes health and safety, recognizing that safety is beyond the absence of reportable incidents; and who understands that a safe workplace is related to the presence of capacity to do work safely in complex variable environments.
- **A knowledgeable problem-solver **who can understand the mechanical aspects of new building systems, and to look for opportunities to upgrade existing mechanical systems.
- **An innovative thinker** who strives to _do better every day_, and who has experience in creating strategies for the effective maintenance and operations of facilities.
- **A proponent of efficient service**, for whom _delivering outstanding service_ is second nature when collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- **A people person**, who a_cts with courage and enthusiasm_, and possesses superior ability to develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships.
If you have three years’ experience in building maintenance and two years’ experience in managing people, as well as a relevant degree or diploma, we would love to hear from you
