Under the authority of the Sales Director, the Sales Coordinator's main function is to assist the Sales Department.
Task description:
Promote and sell hotel products and services to designated market.
Group reservations (amenity groups and convention groups) in the system.
Drafting of group contracts, conditions, arrival lists, meals, meeting space and baggage handling and ensuring follow-up with the departments concerned
Make the arrival list for the current week.
Follow up with customer and resolve issues.
Ensure that the reservations department has all the rates or contracts related to the different market segments and the various promotional rates.
Perform office automation tasks (mail, inventories and stationery orders, printer cartridges and photocopiers, etc.).
Responsible for courier shipments (objects lost by a client in a room or other shipments).
Responsible for the inventory of promotional products and stationery needed for the sales department.
Support to the General Manager.
Support to the Sales & Marketing Director.

Training:
