**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Campaign Development and Execution: Design and execute targeted demand generation campaigns tailored to digital channels and partnerships to drive awareness and lead generation.
- Lead Generation and Nurturing: Develop strategies for lead capture and nurturing programs to move leads through the sales funnel, from initial awareness to conversion. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads and to optimize the lead nurturing process.
- Content Strategy: Collaborate with the product team to develop engaging, informative, and persuasive content that supports demand generation efforts and aligns with overall marketing goals.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing specialists, content creators, and product specialists to ensure demand generation strategies are integrated and aligned with overall marketing objectives.
- Performance Measurement and Optimization: Regularly analyze campaign performance against key metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI. Use insights to make data-driven decisions and optimize future campaigns. Prepare and present regular reports on campaign results, insights, and recommendations for improvement to the VP of Marketing and other stakeholders.
- Innovation and Adaptation: Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and demand generation. Be willing to experiment with new channels and tactics to drive better results.

**Requirements**:

- Physical:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
- Mental:

- Language: The use of the English language, both Oral and Written.
- Requires daily communication with multiple departments to ensure maximum efficiency.

**Education & Skills**:

- Degree in marketing, digital marketing, or related.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and quickly build, deploy, and optimize marketing initiatives while ensuring quality.
- Metrics-driven.
- Prefer working in a collaborative, cross-team capacity.
- Creative problem-solver with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Strong technical aptitude and an ability to learn new tools quickly.

**Experience**:

- 3+ years of experience in demand generation in a B2B environment required.
- Experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub, including campaign creation, automation, and reports. HubSpot certification is a big plus.
- Experience working with Dynamics365 and/or equivalent CRM systems.
- A strong knowledge of demand generation best practices.

**Working Conditions**:

- Hours of operation: 8:30 to 4:30pm
