**The role in a nutshell**:

- ** Operations Manager, reporting to the Director of Operations, will focus on tackling projects that aim to enhance operational efficiencies and effectiveness at NKS. These responsibilities will include**:

- Residents First Program / Spasticity Care Program
- Managing all activities related to the Residents First Program and Spasticity Care Program
- Recruiting, Hiring, and Directly Managing the Staff in the Program (e.g., FT and contract employees); Responsible for scheduling ongoing staff touchpoints and meeting, conducting performance reviews.
- Working closely with all stakeholders to ensure high quality of care delivered to residents of LTC homes by coordinating with Homes, POAs, Dispensing Pharmacies, and Prescribers/Injectors
- Creating and documenting process flow documents, establishing new process documents (e.g., Reconciliation, Training, PV, Consent and Enrollment), and identifying areas for process optimization.
- Ensuring adequate level of process documentation and maintaining an up-to-date record of SOPs, following periodic review and change management protocols.
- Client Management with pharma partner Abbvie and other stakeholders
- Managing the Invoicing and Reporting aspects of the program on the monthly basis to Abbvie
- Reviewing and approving staff and physician expenses associated with the program.
- Overseeing CRM (Nexi) and directing the right level of changes to support day to day operations and providing the right level of training to staff to ensure adequate documentation.
- Overseeing the process of clinic transition and new home additions to the program
- Managing the monthly scheduling and ensuring adequate level of staffing and service to clinic days
- Facilitating and managing the booking of travel and accommodation for the staff

**Qualifications**:

- 5 years of relevant experience
- 2 to 5 years of experience in management
- Operations/project management experience
- Bilingual (Asset)
