Position Objective
- Greet customers promptly and handle all inquiries
- Provide customers with explanations and pricing for technical repairs required on their vehicles based on dealer and manufacturer recommendations;
- Recommend preventative maintenance services;
- Maintain professional and technical expertise through on-the-job training
- Demonstrate professional behavior and ability to work team in a fast-paced environment
- Must have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills (including computer literacy)
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and succeed
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Requirements**:
Hold a current fully-clean drivers license
Be highly motivated and self-driven to achieve sales/service targets
Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
A team player
Have the ability to complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner

**CDK experience is an asset**

**Salary**: $55,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
