**Job Summary**:
Reporting to our new service manager Doug Glenn, you will be helping run the shop, as well as managing and training other technicians. As a Shop Foreman for our brand and high-volume location, you must be high-energy, dynamic, and results-oriented with an amicable attitude to both customer and team alike.

**The requirements**:

- High degree of accuracy, sound judgment, and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
- Knowledge of rules surrounding automotive safety, best practices, and consumer protection
- Excellent organizational and realistic time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative
- Driver’s license in good standing and clean driver’s abstract required
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmissions
- Experience in a dealership is an asset
- Must be a Red Seal Technician

**The job**:

- Manage and train service technicians
- Plans, organizes, and controls operation of the shop
- Co-ordinate with the technicians to get events done in a timely manner
- Road-test and verify customers’ concerns
- Keep all shop tools accounted for and in good condition

**Salary**: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

Licence/Certification:

- Red Seal (preferred)
