**Core Skills, Knowledge & Competencies**

Supervisory experience**:

- **Alarm response experience**:

- **Mobile experience**:

- **Must be a safe driver with a clean driving record**
- **Critical thinker**:

- **At least 2-3years of Security industry experience**
- **Oversee and be accountable for the effectiveness of all Security Guard and Mobile Divisions, ensuring excellence in client service in every interaction with staff and clients.**:

- **Establish and maintain strong client relationships**
- **Ability to use computers and smartphones with ease;**
- **Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing;**
- **Ability to write clear and concise incident reports;**
- **Must be physically fit with the ability to stand and walk patrols, climb stairs, etc;**
- **A calm demeanor and sound decision-making skills;**
- **Outstanding dress and deportment;**:

- **Must be fluent in English**:

- **Observe, record, and report activities and security incidents while on shift;**
- **Ensure client property and personnel are secure and perform time sensitive lockups/unlocks as needed;**
- **Conduct foot patrols, including standing and walking for long periods of time;**:

- **Provide exceptional customer service to clients and the public;**:

- **Provide a security presence in various settings;**:

- **Drive a Footprints vehicle to conduct patrols**
- **Perform time sensitive lock/unlocks of commercial buildings and gates as needed.**
