**Hearing and Speech Nova Scotia** (HSNS), provides audiology services to Nova Scotians of all ages, and speech-language pathology services to preschool children and adults. HSNS is funded by the NS Government to deliver integrated and standardized provincial services across 35 clinical sites, located in 25 communities. Audiologists and Speech-Language Pathologists, with support from Communication Disorders Technicians and Administrative Support Professionals, provide hearing and speech services, develop and monitor provincial clinical standards, and collaborate with partners to deliver a number of special programs. Established in 1963, HSNS works to prevent and reduce the impact of communication disorders for Nova Scotians.

This position may involve travel throughout Nova Scotia and requires flexibility in work scheduling. The regular schedule is 5 days per week, 7 hours per day. Salary range is $40,859 - $51,073 annually.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary baccalaureate degree. Emphasis in health administration, business, or health informatics courses is preferred.
- Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, data mining, data visualization and reporting strategies for quality improvement purposes and audits of client record systems
- Minimum of three years related experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Valid Nova Scotia driver’s license
- Proficiency in spoken and written English

**Assets**:

- Advanced user of MedAccess client record system
- Preferred formal training in process improvement including Lean Six Sigma, database management and data analytics
- Quality improvement project work
