**Overview**
**Duties**
- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-users, resolving issues related to software, hardware, and peripherals.
Manage and resolve incidents related to operating systems, primarily Windows 10/11.
Monitor, manage, and maintain Windows Server environments, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
Perform regular updates, patch management, and security configurations on Windows Servers.
Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, policies, and permissions.
Maintain an up-to-date inventory of IT assets, including hardware, software licenses, and other resources.
Assist in troubleshooting network issues, including connectivity problems, VPN access, and wireless network performance.
Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and configurations.
Implement and adhere to IT security policies and best practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and other identity management solutions.
Monitor and manage access controls, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to sensitive information.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Strong knowledge of systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $30,000.00-$81,151.43 per year
