Insurance Office Assistant

JT Insurance Group is seeking a talented, energetic Office Assistant.
- Office Duties: Office and general supplies kept in stock, receive and send mail
- Invoice customers
- Perform policy changes
- Follow up with Clients on outstanding items for their insurance
- Assist Brokers with Paperwork and data entry
Education and Experience:
- Administration Assistant 3 - 5 years’ experience (preferred)
- Ability to get RIBO License to work with client files PRIOR to start date
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Knowledge of MS Office (word and excel)
- Ability to use a CRM software to manage clients
- Customer service skills including excellent telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task and have a high attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data entry
- Verbal and written communication skills
Schedule:
- No Nights or weekends
- Remote (training will be in-office)
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Pickering, ON
