**Objectif principal**

**Le concierge** veille à la propreté et à l'ordre des lieux qui lui sont confiés, tels que les bureaux, les espaces commerciaux, les espaces industriels ou les bâtiments institutionnels. Il/elle travaille avec succès avec ses collègues, les clients et tous les niveaux de l'organisation. Le concierge doit comprendre et suivre les instructions, tant verbales qu'écrites, et expliquer comment accomplir une tâche en utilisant des compétences de

communication de base.

- Aucune expérience dans le domaine du nettoyage n'est requise

- Avoir l'esprit d'équipe et s'engager à travailler dans un environnement de qualité
- Démontrer des compétences exceptionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle

**Principales responsabilités**
- Passer l'aspirateur
- Bordures
- Dépoussiérer
- Nettoyer et approvisionner les toilettes et les salles de repos
- Nettoyage des vitres
- Vider les poubelles et les transporter jusqu'à la zone d'élimination appropriée
- Balayer et laver les sols
- Peut effectuer d'autres tâches en fonction des besoins
