Job duties:

- Open and close site daily
- Participate in project kickoff meetings to review scope of work for risks and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety legislation and procedures along with NIACON’s safety policy and procedures
- Direct all site personnel
- Coordinate all trade contractors
- Ensure high standards of workmanship and efficiency. Ensure the safe and efficient use of labor, machines and materials used by the crew.
- Assist with project cost control as requested by PM
- Assist PM with developing, monitoring, and updating overall project schedule
- Prepare 2-week lookahead
- Update schedule weekly
- Direct operations to achieve project schedule
- Assist PM with monthly project audits
- Maintain site records in accordance with NIACON standards
- Organize regular trade meetings and safety meetings, document and distribute through Procore
- Maintain daily job site diary in Procore
- Assist in the resolution of design issues, change requests, material defects and equipment problems.
- Representation of NIACON during MOL site visits
- Maintain a safe, organized, clean and happy site

Skill requirements:

- Functional knowledge of Procore and MS Project
- Excellent knowledge of construction technology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of H&S legislation, as it relates to the Construction industry
- Excellent comprehension of drawings, specifications, and other technical documents
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment managing own workload
- Committed team player

Related Experience:

- 10 years of Residential Construction experience
- Excellent proven safety record

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
