Factory Worker

**Duties and Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)**:
- Carry out day-to-day manufacturing duties (primarily meshing foam, but on occasion will assist with other portions of the production process, factory maintenance, and preparing orders for packaging/shipping).
- Follow factory processes/procedures as directed to improve factory performance, production, product quality and safe working conditions
- Other tasks as assigned by Management
- Currently residing in Ontario and authorized to work (work visa / permanent resident / citizen). **NO AGENCIES**:
- Must arrange for own transportation
- Energetic, positive and can-do attitude
- Commitment to working in a team-based environment with a focus on continuous improvement
- Open to constructive feedback
- Language: English
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
