**Job Overview**
We are seeking an energetic, creative and positive individual to work as the Lead Supervisor and develop a successful of our Out of School Care Program. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing high quality care and Programming for Children from Kindergarten to Grade 7. Reporting to the Our Executive Director, the Supervisor is responsible for the overall operations of the School Age Programs.

**Duties**
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and evaluation of school age programs to ensure they meet organizational objectives.
- Manage day-to-day operations of B&A program, including scheduling, programming and general admin work.
- Support Executive Director with Adminitrative needs.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- In charge of Petty cash with programming needs.
- Work with your B&A team to plan age
- appropriate activities.
- Plan, Prepare, and deliver Camps - Pro d day, Winter Camp, Spring Break and Summer Camps.
- Facilitate meetings with team members monthly, and daily mini meetings to discuss plan of the day.
- Communication with Families on a daily basis on specific information regarding programmnig and children.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures as well as relevant Licensing regulations.

**Experience/Qualifications**
- ECE Certificate, Responsible Adult
- Current First Aid certification
- Supervisory experience, demonstrating the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Experience in developing and intergrating a before and after school program.
- Proven experience in program management or coordination within a similar field.
- Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

**Benefits**
- ECE Qualified - Recieve an extra $6 for Wage Enhancement or government depending.
- Entitled to an additional 5% of the Salary, paid in lieu of benefits after 3 months.

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Education**:
