**Sunflower Early Learning Society - Before and After School Care Program**

**Position**:Early Childhood Educator (ECE), Early Childhood Educator Assistant (ECEA), or Responsible Adult (RA)
**Location**:Pemberton Heights, North Vancouver
**Wage**:$20-$27 per hour (ECEs receive a $6 wage enhancement)
**Hours**:Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM

We offer Reggio based Before and After-school care to support children’s social, emotional, and intellectual growth. **Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified ECEs, ECEAs, or Responsible Adults to join our team. This role involves planning and supervising engaging activities, ensuring children’s safety, and providing a supportive and inclusive environment. You will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with children, parents, and team members.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and implement school aged-appropriate activities that promote social and emotional development.
- Supervise and engage children in indoor and outdoor play.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Communicate effectively with children, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

**Qualifications**:

- ECE, ECEA, or Responsible Adult certification in British Columbia.
- Experience working with school-aged children in a group setting.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for early childhood education.
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
