XCMG Canada Ltd. is excited to welcome an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to our growing team As a Parts Technician, you will play a key role in supporting our earth-moving, material handling, and mobile elevating platform equipment lines. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently pick and prepare merchandise for delivery.
- Verify accuracy of parts orders before shipment.
- Maintain and update online inventories, ensuring proper location tracking.
- Re-stock shelves and move parts (ability to lift 30-50 lbs frequently).
- Support other store operations as directed by the Parts Manager.
- Adhere to and actively promote safety standards, including hazardous material handling.
- Perform parts counter sales, assisting customers with their orders.
- Source and order parts from OEM, track deliveries, and manage purchase orders.
- Assist with shipping and receiving, as needed.
- Participate in annual parts inventory management and cleanup.
- Occasionally act as a parts-runner for in-town deliveries.
- Prepare shipping documents and oversee loading/unloading operations.
- Inspect, verify, and route incoming goods; manage inventory records.
- Operate forklifts or other equipment to transport goods.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in heavy equipment parts.
- Journeyman Parts Technician certification.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license.
- Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Mechanical and technical aptitude is an asset.
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
- Proficient with inventory, purchase order, and invoicing systems.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Commitment to safe working practices.

**Physical & Eligibility Requirements**:

- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
- Ability to lift 30-50 lbs frequently.
- Flexible with daytime hours and occasional weekend work.

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).
