The team leads and integrates our vision and initiatives across the company to create value for our brand, our collective (guests, employees, makers, ambassadors), and society. As a Sustainable Product Lead in the Sustainable Product and Packaging team, you will support and enable advancing the adoption of more sustainable solutions into lululemon’s product, including apparel, accessories and footwear.

A day in the life
- Coordinate the sustainable attributes governance process, including intake, evaluation, research of environmental and social impacts, collecting assessment results from supporting functions, managing documentation, approvals and results communication
- Maintain and evolve content in guidelines and educational resources that support communication and education on our sustainable attributes
- Support the delivery education resources to the product design, development and commercialization functions
- Coordinate the creation of sustainability content into WWMT lines and other external communication channels
- Liaise with industry and external partners (e.g., SAC, Textile Exchange, circular fashion, vendors, etc.), researching and incorporating science-based sustainability solutions and leading practices into this work

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of work experience in product, materials design or development functions in apparel, accessories and/or footwear industry
- A degree related to product, materials design or engineering. Additional project management and/or environmental science education, a bonus
- Experience successfully operationalizing processes, with strong project management, organizational, analytics and data management skills
- Demonstrated creative problem solving, taking a methodological approach and anticipating roadblocks. prioritizing, leading and following through to outcomes.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal relationships, confidently sharing, visualizing and facilitating conversations, at times of abstract information, with diverse, small and large audiences
