**What You’ll Do**

Be the primary point of contact for internal and external customers, ensuring a seamless order fulfillment process from start to finish. You will proactively manage customer relationships, maintain data accuracy, and drive continuous improvement initiatives, all while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and contribute to the success of the sales and operations functions.

**Key responsibilities**
- Serve as the first point of contact for both internal and external customers, handling inquiries and providing support throughout the entire order fulfillment process, from purchase order (PO) placement to final delivery and invoice.
- Act as the primary contact and liaison between customers and the Operations team, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment. Collaborate closely with internal departments to address any customer concerns or issues, providing effective resolutions.
- Foster a high level of service by prioritizing exceptional communication, demonstrating a keen sense of urgency, and maintaining order accuracy.
- Manage and maintain customer master data records, ensuring data integrity by accurately updating and maintaining customer-specific information and product portfolio details.
- Lead with a solutions-oriented approach, providing clear direction and leadership to both customers and internal business units on continuous improvement initiatives.
- Influence sales planning by actively utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools and collaborating proactively with the Sales team. Offer a team approach to business partners, providing valuable insights and support to drive the success of the sales and account management functions.

**You bring**
- Post-secondary education or its business equivalent.
- Display a proven track record of successfully leading teams or projects for a minimum of 2 years, highlighting your leadership abilities and project management skills.
- Possess a minimum of 2 years' hands-on experience in a supply chain, inventory, distribution, or logistics capacity in a related industry.
- A solutions-oriented mindset coupled with exceptional agility to swiftly adapt and pivot in response to shifting priorities and dynamic business demands.
- Previous experience with SAP preferred.
- Bilingual an asset.
