We have a great opportunity for a resourceful fox with an innate ability to prioritize incoming work, follow through on assignments, and manage the daily operations of multiple lawyers with busy litigation practices. **What you will be doing**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative support to lawyers, including drafting routine correspondence, scheduling appointments, and managing calendars.
- Assist with the preparation, filing, and service of legal documents, including pleadings, affidavits of documents, motion records, etc.
- Organize and maintain files and documents, both electronically and in hard copy.
- Coordinate with clients, lawyers, court personnel, and external parties as required.
- Assist with docketing and invoicing processes.

**What we need you to bring to the position**:

- Minimum of three (3) years of professional experience gained as a litigation legal assistant in a similar role.
- Completion of a post-secondary Legal Assistant or Law Clerk program.
- Solid knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and legal technology.
- A desire to provide top-tiered administrative assistance.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
