Requirements for Real Estate Administrative Assistant:
1. Bilingual Skills:

- Fluency in both written and spoken English and French
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in both languages.

2. Organizational Skills:

- Strong ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records, filing documents, and managing paperwork efficiently.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a well-organized office environment.

3. Interpersonal Skills:

- Excellent people skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to interact positively and effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information and provide exceptional customer service.

4. Administrative Experience:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology, processes, and documents is an advantage.

5. Time Management:

- Proven ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion of assignments.

6. Problem-Solving:

- Ability to identify and resolve administrative issues independently.
- Aptitude for finding creative solutions and adapting to changing circumstances.

7. Confidentiality and Ethics:

- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
- Demonstrate ethical behavior and adhere to professional standards.

8. Flexibility and Adaptability:

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and handle unexpected challenges.

9. Technology Proficiency:

- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or real estate-specific software is a plus.

10. Team Player:

- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the real estate office.

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:
