Security Concierge

Toronto, Canada Elite Residential Concierge Services Inc. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide information and assistance to guests regarding the facility and local area
- Monitor surveillance cameras and CCTV systems to ensure the safety and security of the premises
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and follow proper protocols
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures as needed
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a smooth operation

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Residential / Condo security is highly preferred
- Must have a valid Ontario Security License
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills
- Basic computer skills for operating surveillance systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Concierge Security: 2 years (required)
