**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the General Manager, the Director of Talent & Culture is responsible for the strategic leadership of our most valuable resource - our talent. The Director - Talent & Culture will
- Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition and retention strategies.
- Foster a vibrant organizational culture that upholds our values, vision and mission.
- Lead employee development, succession, and training initiatives.
- Develop and Implement Comprehensive Safety Leadership Programs
- Oversee performance management and employee relations.
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals.

**Who you are**:
You are looking for a career in senior leadership and:

- Proven experience in HR leadership roles.
