Position Overview

As the Director of Talent & Culture, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organizational culture and driving talent acquisition and retention strategies. You will partner with senior management to ensure that HR initiatives align with business objectives, fostering a dynamic and engaged workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition and retention programs to attract and retain top-tier employees.
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive organizational culture that reflects our core values of collaboration, integrity, and excellence.
  • Oversee employee development and performance management initiatives, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals, driving organizational growth and success.

Qualifications

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent post-secondary education; CHRP accreditation is preferred.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership roles within a dynamic organization.
  • Extensive knowledge of talent management principles and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and drive innovation.
