Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Fence construction laborer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building fences, decks, contributing to the creation of beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients. This position is available as either full-time or part-time, offering flexibility to suit your schedule.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Constructing fences, decks, according to project specifications and plans.
- Assisting with the preparation of job sites, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris.
- Operating power tools and equipment safely and effectively.
- Collaborating with the construction team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results.
- Following safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
- Comfortable using various power tools and equipment commonly used in landscape construction.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced professionals.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that may require lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
